As the Indonesian capital markets develop, Indonesian issuers begin to consider fixed income instruments instead of simply issuing equity instruments as the investor community also begin to demand more diversified investment instruments. By capitalizing on our expertise and networks in the equity capital markets field, we manage to be one of the few Indonesian law firms dealing in fixed income instruments. As a matter of fact, we are one of the few Indonesian law firms which have been involved in the issuance of a dual-currency publicly listed bond in the Surabaya Stock Exchange.
